Clean rooms - beautiful natural location with stunning views of Ella Rock - friendly and helpful family - delicious and plentiful breakfasts - access to kitchen and washing machine - comfortable and calm environment.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the mountains and hillsides. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and it had all the necessary facilities like TV and a hairdryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with detailed information about hiking tours and places to visit in the region. The breakfast served here was delicious and varied every day.

we stayed at a B&B in Ella before, but Zircon Ella just blew us away! The breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, and attentive hosts made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This hidden gem exceeded all expectations! The hospitality was outstanding, starting from the WhatsApp messages and pick-up from the train station. The breathtaking view of Ella rock from the cozy room with comfy beds and hot shower was mind-blowing. The daily changing breakfast and delicious Sri Lankan dishes were super tasty. The friendly family always had a cup of tea ready whenever we returned. The peaceful and quiet environment was perfect for a relaxing stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, assisting with transportation and providing helpful information. Privacy, peace and quiet, and an unforgettable experience await at this incredible place. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely charming, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable seating areas throughout the property made it easy for seniors like myself to relax and take in the stunning landscape. Additionally, the hotel was designed with accessibility in mind, which made it effortless for me to navigate around and enjoy all the facilities.
A minor downside was that the shower could have been a bit more satisfying for a better vacation experience for seniors. however, the children working there were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay truly delightful.
